VITILOIRE: the Loire wine festival May 25th - 26th
2 days dedicated to Loire wines and the art of living.
 
This regional event brings together, under the open sky and in a friendly atmosphere, more than 150 exhibitors, with the aim of promoting the viticulture and gastronomy of the Loire Valley and allowing each of them to offer their specialties and know-how. .

Located in the heart of the city center, the winegrowers offer you the opportunity to taste, in a friendly atmosphere, the best vintages among the 70 Loire AOCs: Vouvray, Chinon, Saumur Champigny, Coteau du Loir, Jasnière, Muscadet, Sancerre... “Stars ” like “little young people who are coming up”, they will all be there, strong in their diversity!

Vitiloire : Embark on a tour guided by a passionate sommelier to discover the diversity of the Loire vineyards. This taste adventure will take you from Sancerre to Muscadet, via Touraine and Anjou. At each stage, winegrowers will open the doors of their estate to you, offering you the opportunity to taste a selection of wines reflecting the richness of the region's grape varieties.
Invigorating whites, full-bodied reds, delicate rosés and festive bubbles: prepare yourself for a journey of the senses, where each glass tells the story of its terroir!

Saturday May 25 at 11:00 a.m. or 5:30 p.m.:
Discovery of Clos de la Richardière, a former wine estate which produced wine until 1959.
Thanks to an unusual route, the team will introduce you to the work of the vineyard with a visit to the estate as well as a tasting. You will spend an unforgettable moment, between the terroir and the vines, history and nature, delicacies and the art of living.
