Formerly home to the Prince de Talleyrand, this chateau was built in 1826. Now fully redecorated, the setting is magnificent. Inside, there are several dining rooms and from the Italian-style terrace you will have a breathtaking view over the Loire valley and the French style gardens. You will enjoy a typical French cooking, combining local produce with Mediteranean flavours.

Take a break in La Chapelle-sur-Loire and admire the breathtaking view of the Loire River from the terrace. Our cuisine is homemade from local produce, accompanied by local wines and other artisanal beverages.

In the gardens of the Château du Rivau, facing the Château and Gargantua's vegetable patch, "La Table des Fées" offers cuisine crafted from local, seasonal produce and with plenty of salads and vegetables from our garden.
