It comprises : - a bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) that can be made into a 180x200cm bed - a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.- A cosy lounge with sofa, armchairs and wood-burning stove.- A kitchen for intimate meals.La Maison des Amis opens onto the communal garden of the Hameau de Prépinson (comprising 3 gîtes), and leads directly onto a charming gazebo amidst collection rose bushes. From here, the observation post is beautifully integrated into the surrounding countryside.

This Touraine town house has been completely renovated to provide a single-storey living space. The beautiful, spacious entrance hall leads to all the rooms in the gîte, starting with the cosy living room with its wood-burning stove and the fully fitted and equipped kitchen where you can prepare the best recipes from our region. Crossing the beautiful hallway with its cement tiled floor, you arrive in the sleeping area. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed with its own workspace and storage cupboard. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a cot and a storage cupboard.The beautiful shower room is accessible from both bedrooms.Outside, you can enjoy the garden furniture and barbecue.

A 2nd bedroom upstairs can be accessed from the living room, making for a peaceful night's sleep.An outside terrace extends from the ground-floor bedroom.
