Chef Nicolas Gaulandeau makes the most of produce from his native Richelais region, respecting and preserving its true flavour. His innovative cuisine at the Château is inspired by the Rivau garden and nature.
In the Rivau kitchen garden, we lovingly cultivate ancient vegetables native to the Centre Val de Loire region. Since July 2020, an edible wild plant garden has been adding the flavours of wild plants to the château's cuisine. The restaurant has an intimate atmosphere, with only 20 covers, so you can enjoy the château for a magical and memorable meal.
