From the unmissable giant pandas to the adorable koalas, not forgetting the okapis, manatees, elephants and many more, there are more than 800 animal species for you to discover, some of them unique in France, or even in Europe! In 2025, to celebrate the ZooParc's 45th anniversary, the rare golden monkeys, considered to be Chinese national treasures but highly endangered, were welcomed to Beauval. During your visit, you can explore the extraordinary facilities, designed with animal welfare in mind, as well as the comfort of staff and visitors. Don't miss the impressive Equatorial Dome, covering an area of almost 1 hectare, or the Nuage de Beauval gondola lift, the only one of its kind in a French zoo, which towers 40 metres above the park. You can also attend two different shows, L'Odyssée des Lions de mer and Les Maîtres des Airs, to learn more about sea lions, but also birds of prey, parrots, pelicans and storks... and better understand the importance of protecting them and the actions taken by the ZooParc and its association Beauval Nature to achieve this. Price: €8 (public price: €9) The Fortress of Montbazon, the stronghold of the terrible Count of Anjou, Foulques III Nerra, dominates the Indre valley and the town of Montbazon from the top of its rocky spur. It is one of our oldest military constructions. Home to the oldest keep in France still standing, its history stretches from the end of the 10th century to the 15th. As well as a particularly immersive guided tour, you can discover the trades of the Middle Ages through skits and demonstrations: war machines in action, weapons master, stone cutter, potter, herbalist, calligrapher...  Children can try their hand at a host of medieval games, and leave with their knight of the fortress diploma! The fortress tavern serves fouées, salads, planks and other delicacies.

Price 11€ ( public price : 12€) How about a fabulous journey through the richness of the world's waters? Through its themed rooms with original decorations, the Grand Aquarium of Touraine takes you on a surprising journey where you can admire different kinds of fish living in fresh waters and in the oceans. You will be amazed by the tunnel allowing you to admire the great species of our regions, sturgeons, pike, zander ... The tropical fresh waters will immerse you in the world of piranhas, caimans, archers fish ... Without forgetting the show electric eels and the rare group of American spatula fish. The youngest will love the tactile pool where the koi carp come to seek contact with the visitor as well as the reptile nursery.
