At the crossroads of art and taste, the Cave de Vouvray and Evelyne Gilibert, artisan gilder, combine their expertise for a sparkling experience where edible gold mingles with the golden reflections of Chenin Blanc.
During the tasting, guests will discover three exquisite pairings where each brilliant and refined bite is complemented by an exceptional wine:

• Beetroot mousse, buckwheat cookie and shiny icing, accompanied by a sparkling wine with 24-carat gold flakes;
• Hazelnut shortbread, Sainte-Maure panacotta and butternut cream, all sweetness, enhanced by a dry white Vouvray;
• Foie gras and cocoa opera cake, black mirror glaze, in perfect harmony with a soft amber-hued wine.
