New Year's Eve at Château de Jallanges

Just 12 km from Tours, in the heart of the Vouvray vineyards, the owners are delighted to welcome you on Sunday 31 December to share and celebrate our 26th New Year's Eve together.

The programme includes a gourmet dinner "all champagne", a cabaret show with the famous "Variety Show" troupe and a dance party hosted by Décibel DJ.

The 12 strokes of midnight will be celebrated with a fireworks display in the main courtyard.

Lingot of foie gras, rhubarb gel, leek and citrus fondue, whole prawns
Fillet of roast turbot, seaweed crust, cauliflower mousseline, beurre blanc with sturia caviar
Beef fillet Rossini, truffle jus reduction, old-fashioned vegetable waffle, leek coulis & hay jus
Duo of truffled cheeses (brilliant-savarin & matured goat's cheese) and crazy salad
Half sphere of chocolate-caramel, hazelnut biscuit, chestnut-honey ganache, heart of clementine compote

Practical informations

The cocktail reception will start at 7.00 pm and the meal at 8.00 pm. Please arrive no later than 7.30pm.
Guests will be seated at tables of 10, which will be added to as and when bookings are received.
We do not cater for children under the age of 5 and do not provide table seating for them.
No cancellations possible.
